Method to prepare Butter Chicken with our Spice Mix
Grind 1/2 cup Malai, 1 Onion birista, 2 Tomatoes, 4 tbsp Tomato sauce, and 15 g Mawa and salt to taste in a mixer. Heat 75 g butter, add little Zeera, Green Elaichi and Laung and Fry for a minute, add the ground masala & SPECIAL GIGANI BUTTER CHICKEN MASALA. Stir well, (if required, add Chicken soup) Add 1/2 kg Boneless chicken (boiled and shredded) and stir well. Cook on slow flame till the butter floats on top. Optional: Add the baghar of Kashmiri Chilly and Kasturi Methi. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan.
