Method to prepare Nalli Nihari with our Spice Mix
Method: Fry one onion in Ghee till soft, add 1/2 kg Nihari meat, 1/2 kg Nalli mutton, add the SPECIAL GIGANI NALLI NIHARI MASALA, required water and salt. Cook till mutton is tender.
Dissolve 2 tbsp wheat flour in water add it to the mutton mixture stiring constantly.
For vaghar: Heat ghee add one chopped onion fry till brown then add in to the mutton. Garnish with finely chopped green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves.
Serve hot with lime, rumali roti or tandoori.
