Gigani Chicken 65 Masala

Items Required: 1 kg boneless chicken cut into 2″ pieces, 2 tsp lime juice, 1 egg, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp chilli sauce. For Vaghar: 20-30 curry leaves, 4-6 green chilli chopped, 1 cup curd a pinch red colour. Method: Marinate the chicken in SPECIAL GIGANI CHICKEN 65 MASALA, lime juice, egg, sauce & vinegar. Keep for 2-4 hours, heat oil, fry chicken pieces till done. For vaghar: heat oil in a seprate pan. Add curry leaves & chopped green chillies. When it flutters, add colour and curd, fry till water is evaporated add chicken pieces, serve hot.
