Gigani Chicken / Paneer Chilli Masala

Items required: 1kg chicken / paneer cubes (marinated with SPECIAL GIGANI CHILLI MASALA, ajinomoto (optional), egg & salt for two hours), 12-15 garlic flakes finely chopped, 2-3 green chillies sliced vertically, 2 onions and 2 capsicum cubed, 3tsp cornflour, 3tsp soya sauce, & green chilli sauce as per taste mixed in 2-3 cups of water.

Method: Fry marinated chicken / paneer. Heat 3 tsp oil, add garlic and stir for 2 minutes.
Add chilies, capsicum and onion. Fry till soft. Toss in the chicken / paneer. Add sauces mixture and stir continuously. Serve hot with tandoori roti.
