Method to prepare Chicken / Mutton Biryani with our Spice Mix

Method:

1. Marinate mutton / chicken with SPECIAL GIGANI BIRYANI MASALA, 250 g curds and salt for two hours.

2. Heat oil, add 5-7 medium sized onions and fry full till golden brown. Add mutton and cook till done.

3. Parboil basmati rice and strain it.

4. Add it to the masala and cook on slow fire till done
