Method to prepare Chicken Angara with our Spice Mix
Items Required: 500g chicken, 100g curds, coal, tandoori red colour, ghee, 2-3 medium caramelised onions (birista), 1-2 tomatoes, salt to taste and 1 1/2 tbsp cream
Method: Apply SPECIAL GIGANI MARINATING MASALA, salt, tandoori red colour and curds on the chicken. Light 2-4 coals and keep on the chicken. Heat ghee and pour over the coals and cover with a lid. Keep for 3-4 hours. Grind onions, tomatoes and malai into a paste. Heat oil, add the paste and the other SPECIAL GIGANI CHICKEN ANGARA MASALA, fry for 2-3 minutes, remove coal from chicken and add the chicken to the gravy. Cook till done. Now do the coal vaghar again. Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot with paratha or naan.
