Method to prepare Chatpata Aaloo with our Spice Mix
Items required: 1 kg potatoes (peeled, washed, and diced), oil, salt to taste, chopped coriander leaves and 1tbsp tomato sauce
Method: Heat oil, add potatoes, SPECIAL GIGANI CHATPATA AALOO MASALA and salt. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add water, cook till potatoes are done. Add tomato sauce. Sprinkle chopped coriander. Serve hot.
